How does your service work? 5 Easy Steps
- Step 1: Complete and submit the quote request form make sure to attach plans/drawings or login to your dashboard and place a request for a quote
- Step 2: We will review and send you a quote usually within a few hours
- Step 3: Once you review our quote & accept the quote, then we send you a payment request
- Step 4: Next we get to work right away on your takeoff order
- Step 5: After Quality Control Check you will receive a detailed takeoff for each requested trade/scope in the time frame agreed upon and in the format requested
How much does your takeoff service cost?
Affordable-We price our services per scope of work, size of the project, and our time to complete your order. Please submit drawings/plans and one of our experienced estimators will review and shortly after we will provide a free detailed quote.

Do you offer cost estimation?
Yes, we do and it depends on the type of order.
On All Divisions/All Trades Takeoff Orders: We offer zip code-based pricing for location-specific material & labor cost
We use RSmeans price data and this is best for Commercial & Government Jobs
For our monthly members-only, we do offer to customize a price sheet for your company that we can use on your specific orders.
What is your turn around time?
36 to 48 hours on average or depending on the scope of work (Meeting your requested due date is our top priority) However, the complexity of the project will determine how soon we can deliver. We will update regularly and you can also monitor your order on your dashboard.
Do you offer rush services?
Rush Orders Are Available for an extra cost. (depends on order size) Please send us a message to confirm availability.
How does your free trial work?
